Testimonial Consent and Release

Effective date: The date I submit this testimonial.

By submitting this testimonial, I confirm and agree to the following:

1. Permission to Use My Testimonial

I grant Dealer 24x7, including its authorized representatives, marketing partners, and service providers acting on its behalf, permission to collect, use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and share the testimonial and materials I voluntarily submit.

These materials may include my written statements, video recordings, audio recordings, photographs, name, job title, company name, and other information I choose to provide with my testimonial (collectively, the “Materials”).

2. Permitted Uses

I authorize the business to use the Materials for legitimate business, marketing, promotional, and informational purposes, including:

• Displaying them on websites, landing pages, and testimonial galleries.
• Publishing them on social media platforms and in email campaigns.
• Including them in advertisements, presentations, sales materials, and case studies.
• Creating excerpts, captions, transcripts, quote graphics, and other marketing formats.
• Formatting, resizing, editing for length, correcting transcription errors, and adapting the Materials for different channels, provided the edits do not materially misrepresent my statements or the meaning of my testimonial.

3. Name, Image, and Voice

If I voluntarily include my name, likeness, image, voice, job title, or company affiliation, I authorize their use in connection with my testimonial and the permitted uses described above.

I understand that I am not required to provide optional identifying information. The business may publish my testimonial anonymously or with limited attribution if I select or request that option.

4. Ownership and Rights

I retain ownership of my original testimonial and any materials I own, subject to the permission granted in this release.

I confirm that I have the right to submit the Materials and grant the permissions described here, and that, to the best of my knowledge, they do not unlawfully violate another person's rights.

I understand that I should not submit confidential information, personal information about others without appropriate authorization, or content I do not have permission to share.

5. Compensation

Unless the business separately agrees otherwise in writing, I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties, or other compensation for the authorized use of my testimonial.

If I receive compensation, a free product, a discount, or another incentive in exchange for providing the testimonial, I agree to disclose that relationship where required by law.

6. Voluntary Participation and Accuracy

I confirm that my testimonial reflects my honest opinions, experiences, or observations. I understand that submitting a testimonial is voluntary and that I am not required to provide a positive testimonial.

I authorize reasonable formatting and editing but not changes that materially distort my statements or falsely imply that I endorse a product, service, or claim that I did not endorse.

7. Withdrawal and Removal Requests

I may request that the business stop future use of my testimonial by contacting support@dealer24x7.com.

The business will review and respond to removal requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and any legitimate legal obligations.

I understand that removal from future use may not retract materials already distributed, printed, shared by third parties, cached, or otherwise beyond the business's reasonable control. Where reasonably practicable, the business will take appropriate steps to remove content from channels it controls.

8. Privacy

I understand that information I submit may be processed by the business and its authorized service providers (including Get Testimonials, the platform used to collect and manage testimonials) to collect, manage, publish, and administer my testimonial.

9. Authority to Agree

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and that I have authority to grant any permissions I provide.

If I submit a testimonial on behalf of a company or another organization, I confirm that I have authority to make any statements or grant any permissions on its behalf.

10. Acceptance

By checking the consent box and submitting my testimonial, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this release and voluntarily agree to its terms.
